Learning about our Anzacs

We were lucky enough to get an Anzac kit from the lovely people at SchoolKit. We have all researched different Anzacs and have written some lovely poetry. It was really interesting to note that most Anzacs had other professions before they went off to war.

Rosa
These students wrote some great Haiku poetry.
Aydin enjoying his learning,

Learning about measurement and angles

We have launched into some learning about shapes, measurements and angles. We have been using some robotics as well as protractors to learn about angles.  By using the robotics we are problem solving and using our knowledge to experience learning in a real context. And, it's fun.
