Social Justice Week

As part of our Social Justice week learning we have designed t-shirts to raise awareness of the key theme - enabling communities. Below are a few examples, we could either choose to design digitally or using pens and pencils.

Designing inspired by what's around us

During our visit the the town Library today we explored David Trubridge's designs and then used Tinkercad to make our own 3d designs. We will explore Tinkercad a bit more in class.

Thank you to all the adults who came along and also those who offered to help.

Building the bridge

After the tragic bridge collapse in America last week we decided that it might be a good idea for us ot design and build a better one.

We used MindLabkids as inspiration for Max and Robert to build a draw bridge. There was some great teamwork between these two students.

Max adding some finishing touches.
